Description
Within 1-2 months of the program start date, submit the Project Proposal to your mentor for approval.
It is recommended that your final project also includes a Project Charter. Please it include as Appendix 1 in your Final Report. You may use the Leading Edge Associates template found under Project Resources or your internal project charter template.
Some course materials may reference Leading Edge Group or display legacy branding, reflecting the history of the program. All North American delivery and learner support are provided by the same team that developed the program and are now operating as Leading Edge Associates.

I found the Lean Green Belt online course to be an excellent learning experience. It provided me with valuable tools and lean methodologies that I can apply directly to my everyday work. These skills will help me to contribute more effectively to projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. I highly recommend this course to others looking to enhance their process improvement skills, which can be immediately applied.
It was really exciting to be back to complete my Lean Green Belt and apply lean principles into our municipal environment. We really saw great improvements and a transition to a new and improved digital solution.

I really enjoyed the Lean learning content. There are many tools, techniques, and practices that I apply in my day-to-day operations, projects, and initiatives.
A very good course, I especially liked the instructional videos and case studies. I would add more examples illustrating municipal management (the example of issuing permits was overused).
