Lean SCM Green Belt Practice and Final Exam

Welcome to the practice and final exam section!

Exam Information:

• Practice Exam: Please undertake the practice exam to familiarize yourself with the exam layout.
• Supervisor/Proctor Form: For the exam you are required to have a 3^rd party proctor who will sign the supervisory form after you complete the exam. The proctor should be a supervisor or other work colleague, and they should be present for the duration of your exam. The proctor form is located in this course.  Once you have taken your exam, please complete this form, then upload and submit it to this course.

Final Exam

• We recommend that you write the exam between the hours of 9:00am-4:30pm EST on Monday to Friday, so that the Education Lead (cdneducationlead@leadingedgegroup.com) is available in case any technical support is required. 
• The exam is open book, calculators are also allowed.
• The exam is 120 minutes in duration. It will close off automatically after 120 minutes.
• If you complete before the 120 minute time period please click the submit button.
• The exam has forty-five multiple choice style questions (25 general + 20 based on 3 case studies):
  • The first section contains general questions about Lean
  • The second section requires you to consult 3 case studies. The case studies are in PDF format and will open in a new window.  We recommend that you have a printer available, should you wish to print out a copy of the case study to review. Please ensure that popup blockers are turned off to allow these to open and that you have an Adobe Reader or Adobe installed on the computer.  It is best to test this using the practice exam. 

Assessment and Certification

• You should expect to receive your results within two weeks of completing the course
• Please note: you are required to complete the program evaluation prior to receiving your certification.
