Description
This course presents some of the advanced Lean healthcare tools and practices not covered elsewhere in the curriculum. It outlines and explains how to use Kano analysis and affinity diagrams to gather and use relevant patient and staff opinions and feedback in order to provide the basis for healthcare quality and service improvements. The course also introduces date analytics and how it can support Lean healthcare in finding underlying trends and issues and helping in decision making. Finally, the course presents Heijunka and standard work as two commonly used Lean healthcare tools.
Some course materials may reference Leading Edge Group or display legacy branding, reflecting the history of the program. All North American delivery and learner support are provided by the same team that developed the program and are now operating as Leading Edge Associates.
