Lean Black Belt Program

The Lean Black Belt online program provides you with the skills, tools and knowledge to be successful in your improvement efforts by applying advanced Lean approaches as well as change management; leadership and program management skills which are transferrable across your organization and internationally. The program is typically completed in 6 months. 

The Lean Black Belt certification program and accompanying process delivers an immediate return on investment through a workplace improvement project requirement – over the past 5 years the average savings from Black Belt projects is in excess of $1.7m per student.

Mentoring

Full online mentoring support for participants is provided throughout the program. 

Assessment and Certification

Participants are assessed based on completing a facility-based workplace improvement project and four module assignments. Successful completion provides a Lean Black Belt certificate from Leading Edge Group.
