Description
Develop an understanding of the core Lean concepts, tools, and practices required to facilitate positive change at a Local Government level. Participants learn excellent techniques for creating value, improving processes, and implementing change within local and international organizations. With a workplace improvement project as part of the course, students have the opportunity to showcase their learnings and provide an immediate return on investment.
Mentoring
Full online mentoring support for participants is provided throughout the program.
Assessment and Certification
Participants are assessed based on completing a multiple choice examination online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%).
Cancellations and refunds
- Notification of cancelation within 14 days of purchase date – 100% refund less the appropriate cancellation fees of CAD - 250$
- Notification of cancelation within 30 days of purchase date – 50% refund
- Notification of cancelation after 30 days of purchase date – No refund
