Northern Health QI Training - Lean Healthcare Green Belt Certification - 2026

As a participant on the Northern Health’s QI Training, you have the option to receive Lean Healthcare Green Belt certification from Leading Edge Associates

In order to receive this certification, you are required to successfully complete the following.

• a multiple-choice examination online (pass mark 50%) and
• submission of a work-based improvement project (50%)

Upon registration, you will receive the relevant guidelines and information from both Leading Edge Associates and your Northern Health mentor.

Cancellations

Where a registrant decides to withdraw from certification and requests a refund, the following policy will apply:

• Notification of cancelation within 14 days of purchase date – 100% refund less the appropriate cancellation fees of CAD - 250$
• Notification of cancelation within 30 days of purchase date – 50% refund less the appropriate cancellation fees of CAD - 250$
• Notification of cancelation within 4 weeks of registration – No refund
