Description
Within 1-2 months of the course start date, based upon your initial Project discussion with your sponsor, submit the Project Proposal to your mentor for approval.
It is recommended that your final project also includes a Project Charter. Please it include as Appendix 1 in your Final Report. You may use the Leading Edge Associates template found under Project Resources or your internal project charter template.
Some course materials may reference Leading Edge Group or display legacy branding, reflecting the history of the program. All North American delivery and learner support are provided by the same team that developed the program and are now operating as Leading Edge Associates.
