Description
Within 1-2 months of the course start date, based upon your initial Project discussion with your sponsor, submit the Project Proposal to your mentor for approval.
It is recommended that your final project also includes a Project Charter. Please it include as Appendix 1 in your Final Report. You may use the Leading Edge Group (LEG) template found under Project Resources or your internal project charter template.
