Lean Green Belt Program

Through Leading Edge Associates Lean Green Belt program, participants learn excellent techniques for creating value, improving processes and implementing change as well as capabilities that are highly transferrable across the organization and internationally.  Participants can achieve an immediate return on investment and benefit through a workplace improvement project requirement. Develop a keen understanding of the core Lean concepts, tools, and practices required to facilitate improvement initiatives in your business. With a wealth of excellent techniques for creating value, improving processes, and implementing change, our students can achieve an immediate return on investment and put their learnings to practice with a workplace improvement project as part of the course.

Mentoring

Full online mentoring support for participants is provided throughout the program.

Assessment and Certification
Participants are assessed based on completing a multiple choice examination online (50%) and submission of a work-based improvement project (50%).

Some course materials may reference Leading Edge Group or display legacy branding, reflecting the history of the program. All North American delivery and learner support are provided by the same team that developed the program and are now operating as Leading Edge Associates.

Cancellations and refunds

• Notification of cancelation within 14 days of purchase date – 100% refund less the appropriate cancellation fees of $250
• Notification of cancelation within 30 days of purchase date – 50% refund 
• Notification of cancelation after 30 days of purchase date – No refund
• All fees quoted are subject to relevant tax
