Description

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is focused on directly observing and mapping the flows of work, information, customers, and resources as they occur; summarizing them visually; and then envisioning a future state with enhanced performance.

This course introduces process and value stream mapping. It focuses on how to create process maps for a variety of municipal settings.  Finally, it explains how to conduct an analysis to identify opportunities for an improved future state.

Some course materials may reference Leading Edge Group or display legacy branding, reflecting the history of the program. All North American delivery and learner support are provided by the same team that developed the program and are now operating as Leading Edge Associates.
